Dr. Michael W. Bell
Dr. Bell is a native Texan. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and then went on to earn his DDS with honors from Baylor College of Dentistry. During this time, Dr. Bell obtained his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. To earn this honor, he spent his time studying every discipline in the field of dentistry. This unique perspective allows him to better serve his patients in every area of dentistry.
“Achieving Mastership is a professional designation within the Academy of General Dentistry beyond FAGD, and reflects a general dentist’s ongoing commitment to provide quality care through continuing education.”
Only about 1,800 of the 35,000 members of the Academy of General Dentistry have gone on to receive their MAGD. It is the highest distinction a member of the AGD can receive. The requirements are as follows: - Attain Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry - Earn an extra 600 approved continuing education credits, meeting minimum requirements in certain dental disciplines - Of those hours, 400 must be hands-on courses In total, a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry has taken a total of 1,100 hours of continuing education and studied 16 disciplines in dentistry.
Dr. Bell and his wife Elaine currently reside in Colleyville. God has blessed them with two sons, Christopher and Michael, and a daughter-in-law, Katie, who they are extremely proud of! Along with his family and friends, Dr. Bell is passionate about dentistry, travel and fishing.

Angie Olague, RDA
Registered Dental Assistant
Angie enjoys helping patients like you meet their dental needs, or “Smile Goals,” and she loves the fun-filled family she joined at Dr. Bell’s office. As a dental assistant, she finds fulfillment in making sure you know what is taking place and also by providing you with comfort during your time in Dr. Bell’s office.
“After working in several dental offices over the years, I was finally fortunate enough to find a dental practice that met my expectations – the highest standards of care and the best quality of work,” Angie said.
When Angie is not at the office, you will find her with her other family, her daughters Hannah and Savannah. Their active family enjoys many activities including shopping, getting their hair and nails done and swimming in the summer.
Dora Bombardier
Financial Manager
Helping patients with their needs is very important to Dora. When she joined our team, she took on the primary responsibilities of assisting patients, just like you, in making financial and insurance arrangements, managing documents and providing patient education in our front office. Dora takes full advantage of the continuing education opportunities Dr. Bell provides for his team because she wants to be able to give you the best care possible.
“Working with Dr. Bell has helped me develop both my personal and professional strengths,” Dora said.
Away from work, Dora spends time with her husband of 45+ years, their three children, 10 grandchildren, one great grandchild, close friends and their dogs Lilly, a Bichon, and Daisy, a Yorkie. Her hobbies include shopping, fishing at her lake home at Brownwood and frequenting the donut shop on the weekends.
Ginger Baker, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Ginger graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in May 2004 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene.
“I chose this career because it allows me to build relationships with people each day while helping them obtain the best possible dental health,” Ginger said.
She loves being a part of Dr. Bell’s team because he provides his team with the most innovative technology and continuing education, so she can build those relationships in an effective way. She provides you with continuous care and education, performs non-surgical periodontal therapy, provides fluoride application and assists with lab procedures.
Ginger is originally from Homer, Louisiana, but she now lives in Fort Worth with her husband Chris and their beagle, Ralf. When not at work, you can find her spending time with her family and friends in Louisiana or Texas, at Lake Texoma relaxing or cheering for the LSU Tigers!
Jana Doss, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jana became a dental hygienist with a sincere desire to help people, like you, maintain a healthy smile. Some of her favorite patients are children. Jana spends her time providing you with continuing care and patient education, performing non-surgical periodontal therapy, providing fluoride applications and assisting with lab procedures.
“I count myself extremely privileged to be in a practice where the standards are so high, and where the camaraderie is so genuine. I wouldn’t trade it for anything!” said Jana.
Jana spends her time away from the office with her husband of over 17 years and their daughter, Jaymie, and son, A.J. They also have a three-legged cat, Nubbie, they love dearly and two bearded dragons. Some of Jana’s favorite things are coffee and chocolate.
Karolyn McCoy, RDA
Registered Dental Assistant
Karolyn assists Dr. Bell during treatment and also in the front office, provides fluoride application, assists with lab procedures and provides patient education.
“I enjoy working with the friendly staff and helping patients achieve a wonderful and confident smile,” Karolyn said.
Karolyn moved to the HEB area in 2006 with her husband of 11 years, Derek, and their two children, Myranda and Tyler. Their family has two dogs, Taz and Molly. In her spare time Karolyn enjoys spending time with her family, 4-wheeling and watching movies.
Mary Ann Berthiaume
Office Manager
Mary Ann schedules appointments, manages documents and provides patient education in the business office. Over the years she has been able to watch the positive changes Dr. Bell’s practice has undergone.
“My knowledge and expertise can be credited to Dr. Bell, who continuously strives for excellence. Continuing education has been a key role in this practice,” Mary Ann said.
Mary Ann has two daughters, Marcy and Patty, who are married with children, and her grandchildren range from college age to young adulthood. She has been involved in Beta Sigma Phi much of her life. Her chapter honored her by electing her “Woman of the Year.” Mary Ann finds reward in seeing the results of her efforts in local organizations and with the practice.
